Due to the very favorable response to our grass fed beef, our inventory is currently depleted.
We happily take orders and will continue to supply on a "first come, first serve" basis until our supply can consistently meet ongoing demand.

Please understand that it takes between 18 months and two years to finish on forages a beef animal for harvest.
We do not take shortcuts and will not sacrifice quality for quantity.
