Sam and I wanted to write and say THANK YOU for the wonderful beef.  The taste is clean and fresh and it is incredibly tender.  But what we really like, especially after talking with you, is the methods you use.  Sam has spent much time researching sustainable agricultural methods leading to nutritionally dense foods and it is great to see what you are doing.  We’ll swap you all the carrots and parsnips you can eat!
